Second Chance Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Berkeley County, South Carolina, dedicated exclusively to saving cats and kittens in need. Our mission is simple but powerful: to rescue, protect, and give every feline a true second chance at life. We are committed to promoting feline welfare through education, resources, and compassionate support within our community.
